About Us
Gulista Samudayic Vikas Samiti
We strive to empower rural communities and unlock their potential through education and skill development initiatives.
We are a non-profit organization started in 2004, working for the welfare of rural communities. From its inception, the organization had been in the field of education through its several educational programs/activities. Since, the society believes strongly that it is through education that the deprived and other weaker sections can come to grips with their own rights and claim them legitimately, we have come up with activities related to their education and development. We have been successful in our efforts to make people aware of their rights. The organization work in this field through several programs. The active involvement of board members as well as general members in the implementation of the programs has further contributed to the development of the organization.

We believe in raising women's and the underprivileged's economic standing while educating and empowering them about their rights and responsibilities, which may lead to societal reforms.
OUR MISSION
Our Mission statement is “Transformational development of the people through participatory practices on sustained basis,” we focus on skill development of women and child. Organization is undertaking various activities like Women and child development programme, Campaign on child labour, Street children, Environment, Women and child rights.
Our Programs
Girls Education Initiative
Our Girls Education Initiative aims to break down barriers and create opportunities for young girls in rural areas to access quality education. Through scholarships, mentorship programs, and community engagement, we strive to ensure that every girl has the chance to attend school and pursue her dreams. By supporting their education, we are nurturing the leaders and change-makers of tomorrow, fostering a brighter and more inclusive future.
Promoting Equality and Women's Rights
At Gulista Samudayik Vikas Samiti, we firmly believe in the fundamental principles of equality and women's rights. Our programs focus on raising awareness about gender-based discrimination, advocating for women's rights, and challenging societal norms that perpetuate gender inequalities. Through workshops, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities, we aim to empower women and inspire communities to embrace gender equality as a shared responsibility.
Health Rights Awareness Campaigns
Good health is a basic human right, yet many individuals in rural areas face challenges in accessing healthcare services and information. Our Health Rights Awareness Campaigns are designed to educate and empower communities about their health rights, sanitation, hygiene, and disease prevention. By collaborating with local health authorities and conducting workshops, we seek to improve health outcomes and reduce preventable illnesses in the communities we serve.

Women's day celebration
On the occasion of Women's Day, International Women's Day was celebrated at Bhinga SSB Camp in which Head Commando, Deputy Commando, office staff, military people and their wives were present. Occasion was conducted on March 8.12-Oct-2023
International Girls Child Day
On 12/10/2023, International Girl Child Day was celebrated with 300 out-of-school adolescent girls under the "Badhte Kadam" program in Block Jamunaha by the organization Gulista Samudayic Vikas Samiti Bhinga11-Oct-2023
